Designed to conquer Space, the TAG Heuer Aquaracer Caliber 5 is a mechanical watch faithful to the distinctive codes of the TAG Heuer Aquaracer collection. Water-resistant to 300 meters and resistant to high pressure, it features a 43mm case and a unidirectional rotating bezel in black ceramic. As the only international brand to have collaborated with the Chinese aerospace industry, TAG Heuer's history is intimately linked to Space. In 1962, the brand became the first Swiss watchmaker to push the limits of the Earth's atmosphere, accompanying American astronaut John Glenn on a three-week orbit around the Earth, during which the pilot wore the legendary TAG Heuer 2915A stopwatch. With the Space Exploration Program, a new page in the history of space was about to be written.

Concepito per conquistare lo Spazio, il TAG Heuer Aquaracer Caliber 5 è un orologio meccanico fedele ai codici distintivi della collezione TAG Heuer Aquaracer. Impermeabile fino a 300 metri e resistente all'alta pressione, presenta una cassa da 43 mm e una lunetta girevole unidirezionale in ceramica nera. Essendo l'unico marchio internazionale ad aver collaborato con l'industria aerospaziale cinese, la storia di TAG Heuer è intimamente legata allo Spazio. Nel 1962, il marchio divenne il primo produttore di orologi svizzero a superare i limiti dell'atmosfera terrestre, accompagnando l'astronauta americano John Glenn in un'orbita di tre settimane attorno alla Terra, durante la quale il pilota indossò il leggendario cronometro TAG Heuer 2915A.
