Size S, possibly fits M as well. Measurements as shown in the photos. Stretchy knit fabric.
Made of cashmere and silk and linen.
Trimmed with soft, brushed goat leather.
Two-way zipper, with pockets.
Knit is not shrunken

Can be worn as a sweater jacket or cardigan, made from thicker knit.

The condition is good, though there are signs of wear that become noticeable on closer inspection of the knit. I would rate the overall condition as very good to good—mainly due to the material, which contains linen and silk in addition to cashmere, showing some wear or slight stains in places.
There seems to be fixed loose thread hole in one of the armpits, not visible
