As written above, the scarf was designed by the famous artist Françoise de La Perrière for Hermès. The French house has always produced its classic square scarves with standard measurements, and the real size is usually 90 x 90 cm (the 96 cm that can be measured may depend on the typical rolled edges).
The golden color, on a cream-colored base, represents imposing equestrian designs, stirrups and keys... and golden harnesses... framed
by wide bands
 in shades of blue, (rarer) or red, green...

Come su scritto il foulard  e'stato disegnato dalla celebre artista Françoise de La Perrière per Hermès. La maison francese produce da sempre i suoi foulard quadrati classici con misure standard, e la misura reale è di solito 90 x 90 cm (i 96 cm che si misurano possono dipendere dai bordi arrotolati tipici). 
Il colore dorato, sulla base color crema,per rappresentare imponenti disegni  equestri ,staffe e chiavi...e bardature dorate...incorniciate
da ampie fasce
  nei toni dell'azzurro blu,(piu'rari)o rosso , verde...
