The wool knit fabric is deadstock Italian ex-designer fabric, making it a truly sustainable accessory.

Deadstock fabrics are the “leftovers” of the fashion industry. These are fabrics that either ended up not going to the intended buyer or not being made into finished garments. Historically, most deadstock fabrics would simply be thrown away, eventually making their way into landfills.

There are numerous benefits to using deadstock fabrics, the most obvious being that it keeps materials in use so that they can avoid being sent to landfill or being incinerated. Keeping materials and garments in active use is one of the best ways to reduce their impact on the environment.

Each snood is made with 32cm width high quality wool knit fabric. Snoods wrap around the neck once.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Hand wash cold in wool/silk approved laundry liquid. Do not bleach. Lay flat to dry. Or dry clean.
