Condition
This Hermès Cape Cod watch is in very good working condition. The dial and the case steel are in near-mint condition. A few micro-scratches on the reverse, unavoidable on any worn watch, with no impact on the movement or the front appearance. The strap is new.
Please note: as the watch has been opened for inspection, the original water-resistance guarantee cannot be certified beyond resistance to splashes and rain — normal use without immersion.
The Cape Cod Grand Modèle is worn with disconcerting ease: the rectangular case lengthens on the wrist rather than weighs it down, and the étoupe Swift calfskin blends as well with a shirt sleeve as with a thin sweater.

Cette montre Hermès Cape Cod est en très bon état de marche. Le cadran et l'acier du boîtier sont dans un état proche du neuf. Quelques micro-rayures au revers, inévitables sur toute montre portée, sans incidence sur le mouvement ni sur l'aspect de face. Le bracelet est neuf.
À noter : la montre ayant été ouverte pour contrôle, la garantie d'étanchéité d'origine ne peut être certifiée au-delà de la résistance aux projections et à la pluie — usage courant sans immersion.
La Cape Cod Grand Modèle se porte avec une facilité déconcertante : le boîtier rectangulaire s'allonge sur le poignet plutôt qu'il ne le charge, et le veau Swift étoupe se fond aussi bien sur une manche de chemise que sur un pull fin.
