Introduced under Phoebe Philo’s creative direction, the Trapeze quickly became a Céline icon for its structured-meets-relaxed silhouette and bold winged sides—a design that shaped the handbag landscape of the decade. This rare tri-material version combines rich suede, smooth leather, & pearlized leather wings, giving dynamic texture and contrast to its clean, architectural lines.

	•	Structured top leather handle on gold toned hardware 
•	winged gussets w/ snap closures for shape versatility
	•	Gold-tone push-lock closure engraved “CÉLINE” and below an zip pocket,
	•	Matching gold-tone zipper pull engraved “CÉLINE” on interior pocket with  & slip compartments for organization
	•	Made in Italy; stamped serial code: S-CM-1111

Condition
Hardware remains bright & lustrous with very minimal surface marks. No visible signs of tarnish , including the engraved zipper pull. Exterior leather & suede are in excellent vintage condition with only minor wear, small surface scratches  & some loss of shape consistent w/ age;. Interior shows signs of wear from use but will present very well after a light refresh. Overall, a well-preserved example of one of Céline’s most collectible Philo-era designs.
