Reference LW0949 (manufactured April 1999).

Original retail price at the time: between €1,500 and €1,700.

For vintage lovers, this Houston model was produced between 1998 and 2005. This example, made in 1999, is from the first generations of the Houston Vernis and is now about 26 years old. Despite its age, it has been very well preserved and remains in remarkable condition.

Materials: embossed Monogram Vernis calfskin leather and natural cowhide leather trim.

Of course, some slight signs of use are present and tell its story:

To note:

* Slight wear on a part of the interior leather lining.
* Discreet signs of wear on the corners of the Vernis leather.
* A few small brown spots on the calfskin (natural patina due to the aging of this type of leather).
* Very slight discoloration on some hardware parts. The padlock is new and has been replaced.
* A few micro-marks of use on the upper part of the Vernis leather.

For a bag from 1999, its state of preservation is particularly remarkable.

The bag was purchased second-hand from a professional reseller (Dimension store) with a certificate of authenticity.

It is just waiting for its new owner! 🥰

Pour les amateurs de pièces vintage, ce modèle Houston a été produit entre 1998 et 2005. Cet exemplaire, fabriqué en 1999, fait donc partie des premières générations de Houston Vernis et a aujourd’hui environ 26 ans. Malgré son âge, il a été très bien conservé et reste dans un état remarquable.

Matières : cuir de veau Monogram Vernis embossé et garnitures en cuir de vachette naturel.

Bien entendu, quelques légères marques d’usage sont présentes et témoignent de son histoire :

À noter :

* Légère usure sur une partie de la doublure intérieure en cuir.
* Traces d’usure discrètes dans les coins du vernis.
* Quelques petites taches brunes sur le cuir de veau (patine naturelle liée au vieillissement de ce type de cuir).
* Très légère décoloration de certains éléments de la bijouterie. Le cadenas, quant à lui, est neuf et a été remplacé.
* Quelques micro-marques d’usage sur la partie supérieure du vernis.

Pour un sac datant de 1999, son état de conservation est particulièrement remarquable.

Le sac a été acheté en seconde main chez un professionnel revendeur (Dimension store) avec un certificat d’authenticité.

Il n’attend plus que son ou sa nouvelle propriétaire ! 🥰
