The coat is stretch, double-breasted, with wide lapels and black buttons with Patrizia Pepe lettering. The sleeves feature two decorative trims. It also has two large, shaped pockets.
The interior is lined. The lining, in some areas, such as the sleeves, features hand-stitched seams to cover small imperfections caused by wear. The exterior, however, shows no imperfections. The belt buckle was replaced because it was worn.

Il cappotto è stile strecht, doppiopetto, ampio revers chiudibile, bottoni neri con scritta Patrizia Pepe. Sulle maniche sono presenti 2 listelli decorativi. Fornito di 2 ampie tasche sagomate.
L'interno è foderato. Sulla fodera in alcuni punti come le maniche vi sono delle cuciture esguite a mano per chiudere piccole imperfezioni di tracce d'uso. L'esterno invece non presenta nessuna imperfezione. La fibbia della cintura è stata sostituita  perchè si era usurata.
