This is a runway piece from the Stella McCartney Fall/Winter 2012 collection in an Italian size 46. This is an impeccably tailored jacket in a gorgeous shade of blue made in Italy from a thick 100% wool fabric and fully lined with 52% viscose / 48% cotton fabric. Thanks to this high-quality outer fabric, the jacket can be worn as a coat or as a blazer. It has two front pockets, which have not yet been opened (stitching still in place). I've included photos with and without flash to show you the color as realistically as possible. 

I believe in complete transparency, which is why I inspect all of my items very carefully before listing them. I purchased this jacket directly from a store but have not worn it as evidenced by the attached tags. Its retail price was US$2,130 before taxes and it was stored in a protective clothing bag in a smoke-free and pet-free home. 

Approximate measurements of the jacket when laid flat are:
length from inside shoulder to bottom: 76 cm (30 in); 
height: 45 cm (17.75 in); 
chest: 48.5 cm (19 in); 
hip: 59.5 cm (23.5 in); 
shoulder width: 43 cm (17 in);
