Here's a gorgeous luxury brand - ISSA's - piece from the 2015/16 Mainline collection (Runway).
It is nearly vintage, back from the days of only the top quality fabrics and designs.

This model was worn by Pixie Lott, as shown in photographs (they come from Getty/Daily and I do not own any rights to them; just found ).

The dress was originally nearly £1000.

In size M, so for a 10/12 UK (38/40 EUR) lady.
The fabric is heavy but adjustable; it slightly expands and hugs the body. Actually there are two types of fabric, as you can see in the pics.

See how it fits on my mannequin, which is a 10/12.

Approximate measurements:
Length (from neck) - 96 cm; skirt - 54cm;
Bust - 42cm;
Waist - 37 cm;
Hips -45 cm.

The dress is stretchy!

Made of 80% rayon and 20% added lycra. Pull on. Long sleeves. Very deep V-neck, so it's perfect for smart occasions.  Around below knees, midi, but depends on height.

It is in very good used condition. It doesn't appear to have any specific flaws, just a generally lightly worn item with very light signs of wear.
Perhaps only some few pulls on the arm seams?
It will require dry clean prior to wear, as it spent a lot of time in storage, unworn.
