This is a stunning original dress .

I have owned this dress for over 20 years it now needs a new home .

A true collectors item . An ICONIC piece of fashion history .

Label in the back of the neck .

Midi length dress with built in belt .

Short sleeves tight cuffs .

A couple of faults on the dress .

There are a few pull threads scattered throughout the dress .

Also on the right sleeve the seam is pulling small hole needs restitching .

Also on the built in belt the seams are pulling on the sides and the right side needs restitching about 1 inch .


There is colour run on the left side of the dress where the red has run into the cream background which also can be seen on the back when the belt is tied .

Also it’s a bit yellow in places .

On the back of the neck is also a little yellow .

So please only buy this dress if you don’t mind this .

Or you can professionaly get it fixed and dry cleaned .

( I haven’t had the dress cleaned as I didn’t want to spoil the originality of the dress the new owner can then decide what they want to do with it . )

I have not ironed or steamed the dress I am selling as I originally bought it .

The dress is lightly pleated throughout and there are small shoulder pads .

The dress just slips over the head .

You do need a very slim frame to fit into this dress .

Vintage 12 but smaller .

Dress is not lined .
