This is a stunning Asymetrical Dress by Designers 'Ralph and Russo.'

It is in the off the Shoulder design in a Multi Frill Plisse.

Pale Blue is the dominant colour but it also features Striking pieces of Gold, Yellow, Deep Blue to name but a few.
 It has a laminated finish giving the whole dress a metallic look.

The bodice is closely pleated and decorated with a sash and kind of wrapped bow. which goes across one shoulder and wraps around the bodice.
 Side zip.
The dress is waisted and has a stiff under skirt allowing beautiful movement and fullness.
Size 36.
