Amazing dress that's instantly recognisable as Vivienne Westwood, it's from the Anglomania range. I got it around 2013 or thereabouts. Size 48 in the brand.
Draping at neckline
Asymmetric hem that goes up and down at front and back
Blue main with pink chilli print 
Yellow accents make the print really stand out
Fabric flows beautifully with a very slight sheen, is 40% silk, 60% viscose. Made in Italy.

I'd say it's approximately a UK 12 or 14, please use the measurements below as a guide and see tape measure photos for asymmetric length:
Approx measurements laid flat:
Pit to pit: 17"

Length from shoulder to long parts of hem: 46"
Could do with an iron as I've stored it folded
CONDITION NOTE: Two small marks: 
1. Small pierced hole with slight discolouration at waist where I pinned flowers during a wedding 
2. Slight thinning of fabric at back near base of zip (see pic where I'm holding it up to the light). Only truly visible when holding it up to the light and not when you're wearing it
The rest of the dress is immaculate
