A rare and highly collectible Alexander McQueen archive two-piece set from the Fall/Winter 2005 – Pre-Fall 2006 period, created under Lee Alexander McQueen himself.

The set includes a structured tailored jacket (size IT42) and a matching architectural midi dress (size IT40), both crafted in Italy from a luxurious wool-silk blend in the signature McQueen “smoky gradient tartan” print — one of the most iconic textile designs of the house during 2004–2006.

The jacket features McQueen’s renowned sculptural tailoring: sharp panel construction, elongated sleeves and a clean standing collar, finished with a full row of tonal covered buttons.
The matching dress showcases an elegant fitted silhouette with an architectural folded waistband, concealed back zip, soft internal structure and a beautifully balanced midi length.
