VINTAGE 1960s linen boater jacket blazer orange yellow stripes S M

Striking, unique vintage tailored blazer, made in France by J. Tiktiner, Côte d’Azur, Nice. The linen fabric is very similar to Moygashel but probably French linen. The label indicates that this was purchased from Simpsons department store in Piccadilly, London. The blazer has vertical stripes in orange, yellow and navy painterly stripes, and a overlaid diamond white pattern. 

The jacket has 6 original navy plastic buttons emblazoned with anchors. Very timeless in style, androgynous and reminiscent of the 1930s, this would look incredible worn with linen wide legged trousers. 3 faux pockets add interest to the front of the jacket, with vents at the back and side for ease of movement and fit.
