This stylish outfit with an Art Deco feel was purchased in the early-1990's in Rome, Italy. Wear together or separately. One owner.

By Laura Biagiotti, ladies size IT 40 or about a US small to medium. Delicate lightweight slub knit of 100% linen in Biagiotti's "signature white." The tunic length cardigan sweater top has front pleating detail and genuine mother of pearl buttons. The ribbed knit fitted maxi skirt has a wide elastic waistband and is cut straight.

Laid flat and unstretched:

Top measures 26" across the underarms, 28" shoulder to shoulder, 21" sleeve length, 30" total length at center back

Skirt measures about 12.5” across at the waistband (comfortably stretches to 14"), 18” wide at the hip, 38” total length

There are two pale spots on the lower left front as shown, as well as light discoloration at lower right and collar, and the elastic waistband has yellowed slightly (elastic still stretchy and not brittle). This was dry cleaned then hung in a closet for 30 years--would probably brighten nicely with a soak in oxygen cleaner. My home is smoke free.
