Description
Y2K at its most unrepentant.
A slim black leather band overlaid with a single Swarovski crystal panel in the Galliano-Dior signature technique — the crystals fused to the leather as a continuous mesh rather than hand-set, creating a dense, uninterrupted glitter from end to end. The crystals trace out “Dior” in flowing script across the length of the band.
Centered at the throat is a polished silver-tone die-cut “Dior” logo plaque — the house name sliced as negative space through the metal, architectural and unmistakable. Finished with Dior-stamped silver end caps and an adjustable signature Galliano-era chain — alternating rectangular box links and round jump rings, instantly recognizable to collectors who know the hardware vocabulary of early-2000s Dior.
In excellent condition — barely worn. Crystal panel fully intact with no missing or lifted stones, leather supple, silver hardware bright, chain clean, closure smooth.
It wears as a proper choker — snug, deliberate, with the faintest whiff of Parisian brat. Best with something simple enough not to argue with it: a black slip, a white tank, a blazer with nothing under it. The choker is doing the talking.
This is pure John Galliano for Dior, circa 2002–2006 — the era of J’adore Dior, logomania, Diorissimo, the saddle bag, and every red-carpet moment that twenty years of stylists have been trying to recreate.
