These are the archival late 1990s Prada Canapa Ebano Chunky-Heel Platform Shoes (Art. 3201), a defining example of Miuccia Prada’s iconic “ugly chic” era. This silhouette blends rugged woven canvas with sculptural platform construction — a form that became a hallmark of Prada’s late 90s industrial luxury design language.

These were originally from the late 90s Prada women’s collection and were acquired to coordinate with a men’s Prada runway style outfit (car jacket, zip vest, shorts) for a fashion event. They fit a Men’s IT 41 / US 8 comfortably and have been stored in a dedicated shoe closet archive since.
