Please feel aware that Vestiaire is now charging a hidden buyers fee and it’s very confusing. No one knows what the fee is and Buyers do not see it and Sellers do not see it so when an offer is sent, the seller doesn’t know that the price is increased on Vestiaire’s platform. It creates confusion when Buyers and Sellers discuss a price and the seller sent an offer. It somehow increases, but it’s not transparent or broken down. Vestiaire claims it’s a service fee but they don’t offer any service they’re not available prior to purchase during purchase and post purchase with problems. I’ve asked more than a handful of other sellers about the buyers fee and no one is familiar with it because it’s hidden and not transparent and confusing and if you communicate with Vestiaire they’ll tell you it’s 5% and then charge you 20% or they’ll tell you it’s 10% and charge you 20% that’s been my experiences a buyer so please be aware of this issue and confirm what the fees are before you purchase because I have no idea what they are because Vestiaire is not transparent. I’m sorry.
